Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your watch in its original STUHRLING box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality assurance team will inspect the timepiece upon arrival, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
